Fighting The Excessive Burping Habit

Burping is considered normal bodily sensations everyone felt during or after a heavy meal or drink or after drinking soda or carbonated drink. But what if it becomes abnormal?

Eating and drinking is a daily activity we do in our life here on planet earth and we can’t help but doing it, else you already knew the eventuality of it – that is death. Eating food and drinking beverages make us survive the tempest that befell us in our daily lives here on earth and accompanying this must-do activity is burping. Yes, burping. Funny it may seem but burping after meals is a common after-meal habit of many of us, aside from digestifs. It is not necessarily a medical problem but if you do go to the doctor concerning the issue, you may want to check that your insurance provider which may be Aviva or another company will cover it for you. As many of us who also knew or already know why we burp after meal, burping is no more a mysterious thing to ponder about.

Burping is our bodies’ way of putting out the excess air we inhale or intake when we eat or drink. Yap when we eat or drink anything we also took unwanted air together the food or drink we took and the means or way for our body to release the excessive air we took in through eating or drinking is through burping it out. However, burping after meal or after drink only happens seldom. But it would be frequently if we open longer our mouth while eating or drinking or during a heavy meal; because when we eat and drink longer we swallow excess air by prolong swallowing act of our mouth. Thus we burp.

Burping is not dangerous obviously because our body puts away the excessive air we intake during eating or drinking which can be really dangerous if this excessive air remains and retains in our body, particularly on our stomach. So it is good burping, but if it is too much or excessive and can’t help how to stop burping, perhaps that is already not good and an indication of an illness. In the same way or rather you are in a reverse way that is you are not burping at all (but this is impossible but for sake we will discuss here).But don’t be paranoid why you don’t burp after drinking carbonated drinks or after a heavy meals and obsessed how to burp. Burping not at all perhaps is an indication that you have a strong stomach after all, but that is only my opinion, you can consult a doctor if you want or worrying about it and envy those people burping on burping contest or those you saw on burping TV.

What one who will worry about burping habit are those who are so inclined on excessive burping sensation when they have eaten or drink or sometimes they just burp even though they don’t eat anything. This burping acts without eating or drinking anything that triggers one to burp could be a sign or indication that one has some gastric problem or stomach problem. However, I am not saying it is something to worry much or dangerous  but you can always consult your doctor for it for accurate diagnose why you burp so often even though you don’t eat much or drink any carbonated drink, perhaps they can show you why.

 

No Burping Sign

No burping sign and trying how to burp? No burping sign could have two probable indications: that is, either you have a healthy stomach or you are bloated and would not go away.

If too much burping or burping so often is an indication of an acid reflux disease, what is then if one is not burping at all?;even one single burping sign? Perhaps, it is too exaggerated and unbelievable to say that you are not burping at all since birth because parents most often get anxious when their baby is not burping at all and gently force their baby to burp. Seeing their baby burping is one of the satisfying moments of parents, especially new parents because it indeed alarming if your baby have swallowed some air or bloated yet could not get out the trapped air or gas within.

So it seems unbelievable that not even one single burping sign or burp will not manifest to an ordinary person who is eating an acid-forming diet, unless one has an alkaline forming diet which are really helpful or rather healthy diet that cures some diseases produce by too much acid on the blood like digestive diseases. For sure if your diet is high in acidity you will not miss the act of burping even though you are sleeping.

No burping sign even though you have an acid forming diet is really quite alarming because stomach gas is still trapped on your stomach but unless you are farting often which is really so bad than burping, just to put away the stomach gas, it is okey. But even if farting you don’t have as a way or means to put out the stomach gas yet have acidic food diet, well you might be in danger of continual bloating until it explodes(nah ,I am just kidding). If your condition is always have a feeling of bloated and trying how to burp yet not successful, and also you do not fart, then you must go immediately to a good physician.

But if you’re not burping nor have no burping sign because you have an alkaline food diet, then it is an indication that you have a healthy stomach or digestive system. Yap to have an alkaline diet is the best natural way how to stop burping so often because it eliminates the acid that causes you to burp often. This is really the ideal and recommended diet for those who love life and want to live longer healthy and joyful. However, to those who wanted to commit suicide, they eat all straight acidic diet that could kill them little by little by complementary and complicated diseases, which often most people who indulge on acidic diet don’t realize. I can’t blame them or blame you because of our modern society that has many fast foods and spicy and tasty foods like ice creams, pastas, wines, tasty sugary bread, cakes, soda, artificial juices, etc.And all instant food products that promise delicious savor in the tongue;“Oh so delicious! (in your tongue but so bitter and sour in your body)”

Our modern fast food or instant food today are all made in the name of tongue ,that is it should be delicious and not in the name of wellness, that is if it is healthy and good to the body.

 

Seriously, Burping or belching in other word is said to be the release of the swallowed gas taken in by us when we are eating, chewing or whatever that contributes of swallowing air that causes us to predispose to burping acts. But is it too much burping normal and dangerous? If it is dangerous, is there any way how to stop burping excessively? Or if anyone does not burp, is that also dangerous? So if it is also, is there is also means how to burp?

 

Excessive burping is not quite dangerous if you do not have any history of stomach-related illness like ulcer or any gastro-intestinal problems or gastro-intestinal disorder. For, medically it says that excessive burping can be caused by too much air intake when eating or swallowing something resulting from heartburn. This is called medically as aerophagia. However, if you do not take seriously your aerophagia it could lead to acid reflux. Thus, it is not advisable to join any burping contest or enjoying seeing a man or woman burping frequently, unless it is a comedy script on burp TV. However, excessive burping can also be a cause of stress and anxiety which cause heartburn.

There are ways how to stop burping frequently, here I list some of them:
Do not speak when you are eating and when your mouth is full, surely you will swallow more air if you talk and eat at the same time.

Do not drink much or rather do not drink a carbonated drink like colas even if it is cool drinking it. Is it cool for a boy or girl burping frequently in front of a girl or guy, especially in front of your crush? It is a big turn-off, is not it? Well, that is only one of disadvantages of drinking too much carbonated drinks. It is better to see boys or girls flirting in front of you than boys or girls burping frequently in front of you.
Aside from carbonated drinks that causes burping too much, foods like onions, ice cream or any foods that let you to burp frequently after eating them should be minimize or can be avoided if you are treating an acid reflux.

It is said do not swallow air while you talk, but how can anyone avoid swallowing air while one is talking? If us can swallow air while talking much more is baby who always making baby-language on the crib, thus don’t be confuse seeing a frequently burping baby while playing on the crib. But be alarm if your baby is not burpingat all.

In the other hand, what if one is not burping? But this is impossible, however if one is not burping at all that would be a dangerous sign especially for babies. They say that a baby should be burping to release the gas in his or her stomach lest he or she will have a stomach problem.
