Fighting The Excessive Burping Habit
Burping is considered normal bodily sensations everyone felt during or after a heavy meal or drink or after drinking soda or carbonated drink. But what if it becomes abnormal?
Eating and drinking is a daily activity we do in our life here on planet earth and we can’t help but doing it, else you already knew the eventuality of it – that is death. Eating food and drinking beverages make us survive the tempest that befell us in our daily lives here on earth and accompanying this must-do activity is burping. Yes, burping. Funny it may seem but burping after meals is a common after-meal habit of many of us, aside from digestifs. It is not necessarily a medical problem but if you do go to the doctor concerning the issue, you may want to check that your insurance provider which may be Aviva or another company will cover it for you. As many of us who also knew or already know why we burp after meal, burping is no more a mysterious thing to ponder about.
Burping is our bodies’ way of putting out the excess air we inhale or intake when we eat or drink. Yap when we eat or drink anything we also took unwanted air together the food or drink we took and the means or way for our body to release the excessive air we took in through eating or drinking is through burping it out. However, burping after meal or after drink only happens seldom. But it would be frequently if we open longer our mouth while eating or drinking or during a heavy meal; because when we eat and drink longer we swallow excess air by prolong swallowing act of our mouth. Thus we burp.
Burping is not dangerous obviously because our body puts away the excessive air we intake during eating or drinking which can be really dangerous if this excessive air remains and retains in our body, particularly on our stomach. So it is good burping, but if it is too much or excessive and can’t help how to stop burping, perhaps that is already not good and an indication of an illness. In the same way or rather you are in a reverse way that is you are not burping at all (but this is impossible but for sake we will discuss here).But don’t be paranoid why you don’t burp after drinking carbonated drinks or after a heavy meals and obsessed how to burp. Burping not at all perhaps is an indication that you have a strong stomach after all, but that is only my opinion, you can consult a doctor if you want or worrying about it and envy those people burping on burping contest or those you saw on burping TV.
What one who will worry about burping habit are those who are so inclined on excessive burping sensation when they have eaten or drink or sometimes they just burp even though they don’t eat anything. This burping acts without eating or drinking anything that triggers one to burp could be a sign or indication that one has some gastric problem or stomach problem. However, I am not saying it is something to worry much or dangerous but you can always consult your doctor for it for accurate diagnose why you burp so often even though you don’t eat much or drink any carbonated drink, perhaps they can show you why.
